The Shy on index series focuses on female figures and aims to evoke a sense of atmosphere between bodies within an undefined space. Reminiscent of horror tropes, notions of the sinister within shadow and building a sense of off screen space to evoke anticipation. Shot on 120 film with medium format camera. Printed as c-type photographs at life-size scale and mounted on black perspex.
